How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We know you want your items fast! Order processing takes 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery anywhere within the United States takes only 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Where do your products ship from?
All Avorel products are stored and shipped directly from our fulfillment centers located right here in the United States. This allows us to ensure premium quality control and lighting-fast delivery times for our US customers.
Can I track my order?
Yes, absolutely! Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking link. You can track your package directly on our website or via the link provided.
Orders & Cancellations
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders very quickly to ensure fast shipping times. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact our support team at shopavorel@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us immediately at shopavorel@gmail.com with your correct address and order number. If the order has not been shipped yet, we can update it for you. Once the package is shipped, we unfortunately cannot change the delivery address.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your space! We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your Avorel products, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The items must be unused and in their original packaging.
What if my product arrives damaged or defective?
We take great pride in our product quality, but if your item arrives damaged during transit, we will make it right. Please email us at shopavorel@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged product, and we will ship you a brand-new replacement immediately, free of charge.
