money-back guarantee, giving you 30 days after receiving your item 
to request a refund.

Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible, your request must be made within 30 days of delivery. 
In most cases, you won't need to send anything back to us — just 
reach out and we'll take it from there.

How to Start a Refund Request

To start a refund, simply contact our support team at 
shopavorel@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your 
request. We'll review it and get back to you within 1-2 business days.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, 
damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately 
at shopavorel@gmail.com with a photo of the issue, so we can evaluate 
it and make it right with a free replacement or full refund — at no 
cost to you, and no need to send anything back.

Refunds

Once your request is approved, you'll be refunded to your original 
payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take 
additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post 
the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we 
approved your refund, please reach out to us at shopavorel@gmail.com.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or replaces any mandatory return, 
cancellation, or refund rights you're entitled to under the consumer 
protection laws that apply to your purchase. Where such rights apply, 
they exist in addition to — and take precedence over — any

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as 
possible at shopavorel@gmail.com — ideally within 24 hours of placing 
your order. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and 
issue a full refund. If it has already shipped, our standard refund 
process will apply once you receive it.
