1. Shipping Rates & Destinations
We are proud to offer FREE Fast Shipping on all orders within the United States. 
• Shipping Cost: $0.00 (Always Free)
• Destinations: We currently ship exclusively to the United States.

2. Processing & Handling Times
• Order Processing: All orders are processed and verified within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) before they leave our warehouse.
• Tracking Notification: You will receive an email notification with a tracking number as soon as your order has been handed over to the carrier.

3. Fast 2-Day Delivery
Once processed, your package is shipped via premium domestic carriers and typically arrives at your doorstep within 2 business days. 

Please note that total delivery time equals processing time + transit time. While we work closely with our fulfillment partners to ensure ultra-fast delivery, minor carrier delays may occasionally occur during peak holiday seasons.

4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking link you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shopavorel@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it immediately.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Avorel is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. However, if your package arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away at shopavorel@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and send a free replacement in accordance with our Refund Policy.
