Avorel operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Avorel is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Please read them carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights, warranty terms, and limitations of liability.

By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use or access our Services.

All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities available to any person or region.

Section 3 – Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; it is not accepted until we confirm and process your payment. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, in the case of a clear pricing or description error, out-of-stock inventory, or suspected fraud. If we cancel or modify an order, we will notify you promptly using the contact details provided at checkout, and you will be refunded in full for any amount already charged.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. You represent that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale.

Section 4 – Prices and Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed, as shown in your order confirmation. Posted prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise; shipping charges are shown separately and clearly before checkout is completed.

You agree to provide accurate and current payment information and confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Section 5 – Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timeframes are detailed in our Shipping Policy. While we work to ensure timely delivery, all delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, and we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control (such as carrier disruptions or force majeure events). Once a product is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. Nothing in this section limits any right you may have under applicable consumer protection law regarding late or non-delivery.

Section 6 – Product Quality

We take care to ensure every Cozy Koala meets our quality standards 
before it ships. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, 
please refer to our Refund Policy for how to request a replacement 
or refund. This does not limit any statutory consumer rights that 
may apply to your purchase.

Section 7 – Intellectual Property

All content on the Services — including trademarks, text, images, graphics, product photography, and design — is owned by Avorel or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

Avorel is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. Any sales made through our Store are made directly with Avorel. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Avorel, and you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising from your transactions with us.

All personal information collected through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read it.

Section 11 – Customer Reviews and Feedback

We do not publish fabricated reviews and do not filter reviews in a way intended to mislead customers, though we reserve the right not to publish content that is abusive or unlawful. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to do so later. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Avorel regarding use of the Services.

You may not transfer or assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without notice to you.

Section 22 – Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Avorel's operations, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you are entitled to under the law of your own country or state of residence, which remain fully in effect regardless of this governing law clause.
